It’s important that communications are noticed. When the City of Vincent wanted to communicate that the traffic in William Street would be changing direction and now traveling both ways, they needed to ensure that local ratepayers took notice of the campaign. They needed a creative answer.

Answer

Instead of using the predictable “graphic and voice-over” approach, we employed a more creative solution. We asked a local drag queen to explain the change, highlighting the benefits to local residents and the community in a fun and engaging way. Showing that creativity always provides the answer, however large or small the challenge.
