Bus and Coach International is an Australian bus and coach manufacturer. BCI needed promotional content to showcase its state-of-the-art bus fleet at national and international trade fairs. Our challenge was to include enough technological information to appeal to the buyer, whilst being inspirational enough to create emotional appeal and drive action.

Answer

The core story in the content developed by Flare centred around the delivery of very precious passengers to their destination, on a BCI coach. This enabled us to communicate creatively the key features of safety, comfort and technological excellence whilst maintaining emotional appeal with a focus on the end-end benefit for the buyer – the customer experience.

When BCI launched the videos at trade shows, there was an unprecedented level of interested and enquiry from the industry.
